BigBoned-Ribshack Restobar Celebrates 1 year along with Barako PH

Barako PH rolls in to hit Ciudad's well-known home of Ribs, The BigBoned-Ribshack Restobar as it celebrates it's 1st year anniversary.

Barako with Hashtag Jon Lucas
The Restobar made sure to quench the thirst of us Barako with big breadbaskets with surprisingly new Filipino delicacies to fill these tummy of ours. We Barako may look ladylike but we sure eat as hell of a beast.

We surely are looking forward to have an amazing night and yes we've bring it on and had a terrific night. Even on a hectic schedule we couldn't say no to this big mouthful of yummy delicacies. " I was too busy eh, though it was fun naman..bwahahahaha" said Ate Jobz, who was the Barako videographer and editor that time. She was pretty occupied with taking videos and pictures of the event but still had fun with the performances and the food.

Bistek Ribs

The Bistek Ribs gave a twist to the common Bistek steak we usually eat. This comes off in a Baby Back Ribs. The dish is a bit salty but has a savory taste. It comes with a porcelain cup with it's sauce or saute if you want to add more taste to the dish. And a five ring onions on to give the appetizing look.

Binagoongan Ribs
The Binagoongan Ribs really does give the taste of a Bagoong. It has a salty fermented taste of a shrimp or fish. Which means it has a salty flavor.

Kaldereta Ribs
This dish is one of our favorites. For it gives the right amount of flavor and spice. It is made for the spicy and non spicy food lovers for it only has the right tender of a mild spice. We cannot tell no more as it goes well with rice! and say no more to talking instead say hi to chewing. Bon Appetit!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
The Garlic Parmesan is one of my favorites as well. The Parmesan really out stood the dish. The chicken is turned into chicken balls that has a tasty flavor. It is kinda salty but the Parmesan cheese is more of what it tastes of.

Old Con Spaghetti

The spaghetti is not the sweet spaghetti Filipino culture like the usual. The sauce is too thick but I think the sauce needs to simmer more to give a powerful flavor.

Corona Rita

It is a mixture of Margarita and Corona. We don't drink but as for us it isn't hard one. But they say that this drink may be light as possible but it surely is a traitor.

After all the video shoot, lighting and eating session. The event proceeded with some welcoming remarks for the Bigboned-Ribshack then the fun tremendous wonderful evening began with the XB Gensan, Elmer Fajardo with his dance number.

Followed by a perfomance from Hashtag Jon Lucas who serenaded us with a few songs together with a little girl who sang beside him and a little boy dancing, how cute. Jon Lucas had a meet and greet with his fans.
